8th Gen Civic Si High-Flow Silicone Intake — Complete Kit

Designed to support a broad range of your customers' setups, from stock to substantially modified builds. Dyno data indicates up to 14 hp peak gain and ~9 hp average gain over the stock intake. Compared with typical 3.5" cold-air intakes, gains are commonly 2–3 hp with a smoother power band for improved drivability.

Construction and charge cooling
The intake path uses full silicone construction with 1/4" thick fiberglass-reinforced silicone tubing, providing structural rigidity under engine vacuum and better insulation than metal or plastic equivalents. This helps maintain colder intake air temperatures and a denser charge. A built-in 6" velocity stack reduces inlet restriction and increases air delivery to the engine.

Anti-hydrolock bypass
An injection-molded air bypass manifold provides attachment points for the factory MAF and the valve-cover/air-bypass hoses. It includes a built-in air bypass feature to admit air if the filter becomes wet, reducing hydro-lock risk. The bypass has been evaluated to help your installs avoid hydro-lock in wet conditions. The manifold design also mitigates parasitic Helmholtz resonance, contributing to a smoother power band. The kit includes a powder-coated steel battery tray relocated in front of the transmission to accommodate the large piping, plus a silicone upper radiator hose for improved clearance. Additional silicone tubing replaces the OEM rubber valve cover breather and bypass tubes to improve engine bay cleanliness. The package includes all bolts, clamps, and hardware required for installation and battery-tray assembly.

Tuning requirement
Post-install tuning is required with MAP-based tunes only and should not be used with the factory ECU calibration. The kit is sold as a complete package for your installs and is not offered in pieces.
