Shipping policy
Altered Motorsports ships automotive performance parts and accessories. For questions about an order, contact alteredmotorsports1@gmail.com with your order number.
Processing and availability
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Product availability and processing times vary by manufacturer. Some products ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive separately.
Backordered, special-order, custom-built, and made-to-order products may require additional time. If we learn of a significant delay, we will contact you with available options. Contact us before ordering if you need a part by a specific date.
Shipping rates and delivery
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Expedited shipping applies to transit time after shipment and does not shorten manufacturing or order processing time.
Tracking information will be emailed when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created.
Shipping addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processing or has shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply to packages returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments
Inspect your shipment promptly. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item, shipping label, and packaging.
Keep all packaging and do not install the item until we provide instructions. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, contact us promptly so we can help investigate with the carrier.
International orders
International shipping is available only where offered at checkout. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may delay delivery.
