OEM-style replacement cam phaser bolt for Gen V Plus LT engines. This is a single-use torque-to-yield fastener and must be replaced whenever the camshaft phaser or VVT solenoid is removed or serviced.

Interchanges with GM 12697047, 12731637, and 12746597. Fits 2019+ Gen V 5.3L, 6.2L, and 6.6L L82, L84, L87, L8T, and LT2 applications. Does not fit L83, L86, or older LT1/LT4 applications.
